LOTUS OF THE HEART

PRAYER THOUGHT

I will take time to stop and relax
and enjoy Choiceless Awareness

Trusting silently that from the Sea of Grace
will arise the Gift, in due time, I need

The Gift I cannot get
The Gift I can only receive

Arem Nahariim-Samadhi, founder of Lotus of the Heart, introduces persons to the purpose of the creating JesusSpirituality as a sub-ministry of Lotus of the Heart. He explains that the ministry is to appeal to all persons, and share a nonreligious perspective of the stories and wisdom teachings of Jesus.

When you practice mindfulness while sitting, walking, cooking, washing, you don’t feel that you waste your life. You are living every moment of your life deeply. Your life becomes a prayer. Much happiness and peace result from that kind of living.
